PDF (Portable Data Format) developed by Adobe is an open, operating system independent format. It is very popular for distributing documents because they can’t be so easily manipulated and – at least most of the time – come out the same on all printers and look the same on all screens. PDF files can even be further protected from being printed or saved or even from being opened without a password. To create a PDF file from your document, just press the PDF symbol in the bar.
