Many of the OpenOffice.org l10n contributors attend the meetings on IRC to discuss topics like translation process, tools, l10n qa, etc. Agenda on upcoming meetings is posted at: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/IRC_Meetings.
Some of them are still incomplete, but still, they can be helpful for those who are interested on the localization of OOo 2.0. All comments, corrections and improvements on them are welcome.
