Creating Queries

Queries are used to get specific information from a database. Query results are special tables within the database, but the results are not permanently stored; only the code to produce the results is stored.

To demonstrate the use of queries, we will use both the query Wizard and query Design View to look at the Sales data from the Finance database we made in previous sections.
