The main idea behind the stand/booth for FOSDEM 2009 is to present the project, demo it, promote it, .... The booth should be a meeting point for all who work on the project and for all who are interested in the project. Interested to learn more, to meet the developers, the volunteers behind the project, to become a developer, ...

  • Coffee
Sophie volunteered to organize a coffee machine and everything else that is necessary to serve some good coffee for all the breaks ;-)
  • T-Shirts (available for a small donation)
  • other merchandising material (TBD)

Saturday evening dinner in Brussels around 20:00 hrs

Who will attend?

Leo, Juergen, Florian, Eric, Jacqueline, Eike, Anne, Stephan

Robert had canceled his attendance, he has a virus influenza.

T-Shirt Design

Two different designs (by Jacek) for possible T-Shirts, coffee mugs, lanyard keychains. The first is for keychains, the second for the T-Shirt (royal) and the third for coffee mugs (white). The third image is a draft for a possible roll-up banner. It's for discussion and we need ~10 tags/terms/words that are specific or typical for OpenOffice. If somebody has a better idea, everything is welcome.
