您可以为 Apache OpenOffice 网络安装的所有用户或单个用户提供自定义文档模板。此外，还可以为这些用户提供特定的文档模板目录。

不要向用户授予模板文件的写入权限。

为 Apache OpenOffice 网络安装的所有用户添加模板

1. 成为 root 用户。
2. 将该模板复制到 network-install-dir/share/template/ 目录中。

在 Apache OpenOffice 工作站安装中添加模板

1. 成为 root 用户。
2. 将该模板复制到工作站上的 install-dir/user/template/ 目录中。

在 Apache OpenOffice 安装中添加模板目录

1. 在任意 Apache OpenOffice 程序中，选择工具 → 选项 → Apache OpenOffice → 路径。
2. 在默认路径列表中，选择“模板”，然后单击编辑。
3. 在编辑路径对话框中，单击添加按钮。
4. 找到要添加的模板目录，然后单击选择。
5. 在编辑路径对话框中，单击确定按钮。
6. 在选项 → Apache OpenOffice → 路径对话框中，单击确定。
7. 退出 Apache OpenOffice。
   Apache OpenOffice 将在 install-dir/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Common.xcu 配置文件中保存模板路径。
8. 将下面的代码复制到相应的 Common.xcu 文件中。
   • 要为 Apache OpenOffice 网络安装的所有用户提供模板目录，请将该代码复制到 install-dir/share/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Common.xcu 文件中。
   • 要为 Apache OpenOffice 网络安装的单个用户提供模板目录，请将该代码复制到 install-dir/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Common.xcu 文件中。
