DRAW Filters/Saving Formats

Recently I had occasion to use DRAW for a project, a simple design, however when attempting to save the design in a useable format, GIF,JPEG etc I was astounded to find that DRAW - a drawing program, did not allow the file to be saved to this format. - Thus I could not copy the design into a Write document nor scale it.

Call me silly, but I do think that a DRAW program should be able to save the work in most formats similar to the GIMP. Don't ya think.....

Draw can save in all those formats you want... you are just looking in the wrong spot. If you want to save a drawing as GIF, JPEG, PNG, SVG etc, go to File > Export and you can pick any one of those and many other formats. --Ccornell 10:35, 17 January 2008 (CET)
