Inauguration

Hello OpenOffice Wiki, I am an experienced Wikipedian editor here (after diverse links) in response to a prompt to register my long used copy of Open Office.

1. I'm no fan of anything 'Microsoft', I just have to live with them (as little as possible)
2. I appear to need to update, when time is available (v3.0 currently)
3. This is really a check of my signature in disguise.
4. I had a question unanswered in the faq pages thus far.
   1. "how to export a .ods document to an Excel formated output file,
   2. or "...to a common format Excel (Office 2007) can in process for a document I shared in an international group.
5. I notice no category (normal Namespace in mediawiki software) tree is available or used. Amazing!
6. An post here will generate a email and get my attention, so thanks if you answer.
