BTW, this example is identical to the example in the StarBasic manual (which also has the same error)."

Assuming that you are running from the Basic IDE, your problem is the StarDesktop.CurrentComponent reference. See Documentation/BASIC_Guide/Documents on the wiki for a discussion.

I can't find the example you cite. Could you quote a few large-print titles in the vicinity? We are gradually replacing this reference, but nobody has gotten to this one, yet.--TJ 20:42, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
