Dictionary options in Tools>Language Settings>Language Settings>Writing Aids

This seems to have been updated in version 3.2 because there is no Check in all Languages or Options.

I did a check of the installation I have, which is 3.2, and I could not locate the dictionary file. Has the file structure for installations been updated?
