Talk:Certificaton/3 Objectives

I have put these learning objectives ad assessment criteria here as an example. I can do this pretty quickly for the other components, just want to check there is some agreement first. These are derived with minimal changes from the UK National Occupational standards with levels that are mapped to the European Qualifications Framework. All we need do is develop the assessment model using the criteria and then supporting materials for learning that will support success. An EU grant application to do this work can be applied for in February but we can make a start. The money just means we get more resource to do better support eg through e-assessment, video casts etc. and of course for marketing and helping community members set up service businesses to support certification.
