Implementation details for translating the extension descriptions=

first draft/ideas

• save the last date of modifikation of the source node description
• in the translation, save the date to which source date it belongs
• don't show the translation if the date differs, since it is outdated
• put the translations in a new table
• analyze how node translation is handled by current available modules
• make an export/import via .po files available!
• use the description in teh .po file for nid
