Formatting Objects

This chapter describes how to format graphic objects created with available drawing tools.

The format of each graphic object, in addition to its size, rotation, and position on the slide, is determined by several attributes that define the line, text, and area fill of each object. These attributes, among others, also contribute to a graphics style. Although this chapter concentrates on the manual formatting of objects, it also shows how to create, apply, modify, and delete graphics styles. If your presentation requires a consistent appearance for its graphic objects, applying graphics styles can save time and prevent errors.
