That was no decision that was an assumption. I thought the xx/Documentation - Tree where translations from the english - Versions.

So it is best to keep the zones aligned to the english Tree.

You have only one document. You have not studied the existing rules for other language areas. You have not studied the current status of other language areas. You do not own situation.
