I found the situation in the german Pages and thought it could be similar on other languages. In this languages there are 2 Trees: DE/Dokumentation(purly german FAQ) with own structure, and DE/Documentation the translated english FAQ. And in DE/Documentation you must go aligned with the english structure, to provide easy acces to different languages. If you decide this is not true for RU/documentation then provide a tree for the translation change this in the template and this conflict can be cooled down.

template {{Documentation/Languages|/FAQ/Calc}}

You made an incorrect template!

RU/documentation/FAQ/Calc page does not exist!

RU/documentation/FAQ page does not exist!

Why did you decide that all the language areas are the exact mirror of each other? Why did you decide that all zones have the same URL?

That was no decision that was an assumption. I thought the xx/Documentation - Tree where translations from the english - Versions.

So it is best to keep the zones aligned to the english Tree.

I just want to say that the national zones can not be a mirror of English pages.

Objective reasons:

  1. At the national sections creates a lot of original content.
  2. National sections differ in structure.
  3. The URL of national divisions used non-English characters.
  4. Users from different countries have different priorities issues. Therefore, the FAQ lists are always different.
  5. Users speak different languages. For example, the English wording of the question is unacceptable for Russian users. So the URL is translated articles will be different.
  6. Users do not know English. So the URL in English for them means nothing.

All of this is the reason why the different structures of national bands.

Therefore, the linguistic links between the English original and the translation have to insert manually.
