Open Office in Lower Color resolution & size

I have a Windows 2003 Server with Terminal Services.

I installed MS Office 2003.

And also installed OpenOffice 2.3.0 (OOo_2.3.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe) dated 2007-Sep-11

My purpose is to train users to migrate from MS Office to Open Office.

The server screen is 800x600 32-bit color. No problem with the User Interface.

The Terminal Workstation is a Windows 95 with RPC. The screen is 640x480 24-bit color. When I login as a user to the server, the screen is 640x480 16-bit color. This is controlled by the Terminal Services. When running Open Office with this color, the menus and toolbar icons CANNOT be seen. Some menus overlap.

Hope there will be a solution for lower color resolution and size.

Note: MS Office menus and icons can be seen with these color situation.
