:: This FAQ solution also skips over the possibility of using AltGr+5 (or AltGr+4 on some keyboard layouts).  On all current OSes, you can select a keyboard map (in whatever your preferred language is) that includes € on the AltGr+5 or AltGr+4 key combination.  (AltGr is the standard Alt key on the right side of the keyboard for keyboards that do not have a key labeled AltGr) --[[User:Ccornell|ccornell]] 07:18, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

Keyboard shortcut

Keyboard shortcut for € symbol works with <alt> 0128.
