The Usability Scale (SUS) is a standardized set of survey questions that allows us to benchmark our application against other offerings.

Question

  • On a scale 0-10, how likely is it that you would recommend OpenOffice to a friend or colleague?"

Calculation

Net Promoter Score = % of Promoters - % of Detractors
