3.2 翻訳ガイドライン

OpenOffice.org 3.2 UI & OLH の翻訳について説明します。

対象ファイル

以下の 2 つのファイルのなかにある PO ファイルを翻訳します。

TAR+GZIP 形式という形式で圧縮されています。

形式に対応したソフトウェア　(lhaplus など) を用いて、展開（解凍）してください。

ただし、実際に翻訳をお願いするのは、すべてのファイルではなく、これらの一部分です。

PO ファイルのフォーマット

PO ファイルのフォーマットについては、こちらが参考になると思います。

今回、初めて PO ファイルを編集する方は一度目を通しておくことをお薦めします。

  • PO ファイル, UTF-8 エンコーディング
  • 従来分との diff


大まかな作業の流れ

  1. (久保田) 翻訳をお願いしたい PO ファイルもしくはモジュール一式を、翻訳者に割り当てます。
  2. (翻訳者) 下記のスタイルガイド等を参考にして、Untranslated ["" (空文字列のまま訳文がない箇所)]、または、Fuzzy [訳文はあるが修正・確認を要する箇所] を翻訳、または修正します。
    1. できあがったら、ML や Wiki ページを通じて、私にフィードバックします。
  3. (久保田)　元ファイル (DEV300_m60) と翻訳結果との差を示す diff ファイルを提供します。
  4. (久保田) 訳した PO ファイルもしくはモジュール一式の査読者 (レビュアー) を割り当てます。
  5. (翻訳者) 3 で作成された diff ファイルを参考に、変更箇所の査読 (レビュー) を行ないます。
    1. 翻訳ファイルを直接変更し、私にフィードバックします。
  6. (久保田) 必要に応じて、3 に戻ります。
  7. (久保田) 完成ファイルを取りまとめます。
