4	Work with Clayton on estimates for Developing developers documentation	Jürgen		Next Steps: back to rework on a new proposal how to move forward Based on a further talk with Clayton Juergen has sent out a new idea of a bounty program on the discuss@council.openoffice.org mailing list. The main idea of it is to define many smaller and more fine grained projects and make them publicly available. Each projects will be honored with a appropriate amount of money depending on the project. For more details see the email.
5	Talk to Google about 2010 SoC	John		Next Steps: Cor and John will keep the Community Council updated. The topic will be raised in the next meeting which will be held in two weeks of time.
6	Talk to Education Project Leads about structure and remit	Cor		Next Step: Cor will prepare a draft and present it to the Community Council.
7	Talk to NLC about ‘NLC of the Month’ for OOo Newsletter	Charles		Next Steps: Charles currently prepares an interview (source: internal mail). Action item will be kept "in progress" until Charles is back.
8	New template for CC meetings	Christoph		2010-03-02: The revised proposal is available at Proposed_Improvements. It has been refined to make working with it easier and more efficient. Basically, it is now a continuous table which can be sorted according to several status labels. Originally, I proposed to use different sections to markup the status of action items. Additionally, the proposal to move the "record date" to the action item ID has been incorporated. Please review the proposal - or even better - accept it :-) Next Steps: If accepted, then the current agenda wiki page will be transformed to respect the proposed format. Additionally, the content of the "Proposed Improvements" page will be moved to a more "official" place. If rejected, then ...nothing.
9	Refresh Budget Pages on the Wiki with input from Matthias	John		Next Step: John will work on that until the next meeting.
10	Confirm/discuss proposed dates for future council meetings	Christoph	2010-03-04	2010-03-02: The revised proposal is available at Community Council Calendar. Next Steps: None planned.
11	Trademark	Stefan		Next Step: Stefan will provide some updates in the next meeting.
