# Approval for provisional funding, out of '08 surplus, if available, for up to 1300 Euros for Louis' Air travel from Toronto to Auckland, New Zealand and return so that Louis can present at a Multi City Roadshow organised by the New Zealand Computer Society. All internal costs i.e. Internal flights, accommodation and food will be covered by NZCS for the  period of the tour (5 to 10 days).  Final details, in terms of dates and venues to be advised.  This approval is marked "provisional" to allow negotiations to begin with NZCS, but only final provided that the confirmed schedule is ratified by the CC as being  reasonable in terms of cost/benefit.  Other local sources of funds will be sort after to subsidise the cost so that total being applied for is the maximum but may not be the minimum.

The hangup has been what to do with mothballed projects, what to do with the data. We will create an effective category, with very limited permissions, called something like, "Inactive Projects" and the data will remain there, unto perpetuity or the closes thing to it.  Expect new update by next CC meeting.<br>

IMO this is due to defects in our current voting system, where only For or Against are possible.
