My name is Austin Martin, 14 yrs of age. I hope to help the open source community, and so it logically got me to OOo. I started getting in the community at the age of 12ish and at age 12 I tried OOo, but unforunately it had a bad look and overall interface so I was turned off, and uninstalled. (As I have looked around that seems to be a problem on alot of people's minds.) Later at the end of 12 and beginning of 13, I started using alot of free programs, and though I didn't care at the moment, open source programs. Mainly I used them for the lack of money and having other interests (to spend money on) as a kid. At the end of 13 and beginning of 14 I began to notice open source and the open source community, and basicly "fell in love" with it. Now at about 14 and 1/2 I have greatly increased my use of open source and finally came and registered with OOo.org (and a month before the OOo forums..). Hopefully I can be a part of the great community there is here.
