For Openoffice 3.2.1

To Change the Page Orientation from Portrate to Landscape, go to the Format Menu, and select the Page Option.

In the Page Tab, click the Landscape Button, beside the Orientation option in the first pane,

Hot Key: Alt-A

Hot Key Sequence: Alt-o ( Format Menu ) p ( Page option ) Alt-A ( lAndscape )
