Bibliographic/Developer Page/New Citation XML info design and implementation

Here we need more information before anything can be implemented (unless stumbling in the dark is the recommended implementation waste of time!).

• general architecture of the xmloff classes (i.e. an overview of the relevant pieces so that we know where to look to implement reading, saving and writing of biblio data);
• general recommendations for how to structure the classes/instances which represent this data in memory - this should also take into account the current biblio classes as I presume compatibility is somewhat important.
