Anmerkung
Das vorliegende Messe-, Kongress und Veranstaltungskonzept wurde auf Basis der ersten bereits veröffentlichen Brandingelemente für die neue OpenOffice.org CI entwickelt.
Neben der für die Communityarbeit genehmigten Trademakverwendung für dieses Konzeptes, soll dieser Ansatz, nur bereits verabschiedete Brandingelemente zu verwenden, sicherstellen, dass das Konzept dem Ziel eines vereinheitlichten OpenOffice.org Markauftrittes entspricht, um die Marketingziele noch verstärkend und Widerspruchsfrei kommunizieren zu können. Ferner trägt dieser Konzeptansatz nur mit wenigen, dafür aber verabschiedeten Brandingelementen zu arbeiten dazu bei, auf Basis einer bestehenden Konzeptstruktur die zukünftige Design-Umsetzung einfach an die sich weiterentwickelnden neue CI anzupassen.
Die erheblichen Vorteile für das OpenOffice.org-Projekt, den Einsatz der verschiedenen Marketinginstrumente auf Basis einer international ausgerichteten einheitlichen CI zu entwickeln, wurde auf der OOoCon 2010 vom Internationalen-Marketing ausgeführt. Auf Basis der ersten nun vorliegenden Brandingelemente für die neue OpenOffice.org CI, wurden die folgenden Designentwürfe für die Kommunikation auf Messen, Kongressen und Veranstaltungen entwickelt.
Diese Vorschläge sind Teil der Weiterentwicklung des Strategischen-Marketingplans (SMP) für OpenOffice.org und dienen seiner Konkretisierung unter dem Gliederungspunkt, 12. Strategic Proposals – 12.5 Promotion.
