Welcome to the ranks of Bureaucrats and Administrators.

To use your Bureaucrat karma, go to the "Special pages" link (navbox on every page). There you will see the link to "User rights management", where you add or remove karma from the user name you supply. The link to "User group rights" will let you see who has what powers.
