Nice simple example, but none of the image links are working any more - looks like the paintedfrogceramics.com domain registration has lapsed.
A few field names have changed, or are different for UK? For instance FirstName is now ForeName, and LastName is Surname.
We could do with some sample data for lazy articles like myself to load in?
I'll try to attend to these points myself when I get some time.
