Why did you decide that all the language areas are the exact mirror of each other? Why did you decide that all zones have the same URL?

That was no decision that was an assumption. I thought the xx/Documentation - Tree where translations from the english - Versions.
So it is best to keep the zones aligned to the english Tree.
