All right. "Orcmid" is a nom de net of Dennis E. Hamilton.
Dennis is an individual member of the OASIS OpenDocument Format (ODF) TC. He is also one of the founding members of the OASIS ODF Interoperability and Conformance (OIC) TC. Oh, and he is an Initial Committer and PPMC Member of the Apache OpenOffice project. In August, 2015, Dennis became the Apache Vice President for Apache OpenOffice and that has him serve as the Chair of the Apache OpenOffice Project Management Committee.
