TEST/Doc/Note works

when inserted w/o line break:

  1. first point
  2. second point
Documentation note.png NOTE relating to second point...
  3. third point

also works like this:

  1. first point
  2. second point
Documentation note.png NOTE relating to second point...
  3. third point

and in higher levels:

  1. first point
  2. second point
    1. second level/first point
Documentation note.png NOTE relating to second point...
    2. second level/second point
  3. third point

  1. first point
  2. second point
    1. second level/first point
Documentation note.png NOTE relating to second point...
    2. second level/second point
  3. third point

The only failure occurs when inserted w/o line break:

  1. first point
  2. second point
Documentation note.png NOTE relating to second point...
  1. third point

but this breaks numbering anyway.

Documentation/Note does not work

see /DocNoteTemplateTest as the test breaks wikipage layout
