Jean Hollis Weber joined the OpenOffice.org community in 2002. From 2003 she was the lead editor at ODFAuthors (formerly OOoAuthors), the group that produced the user guides. In January 2009 she became Co-Lead of the OpenOffice.org Documentation Project.
Jean is a retired technical writer and editor with many years of experience with companies including IBM Australia. She is the author of numerous books, including the award-winning Is the Help Helpful? Writing online help that meets your users' needs and several books about OpenOffice.org.
