I have removed
because it describes the legacy workflow. If there are parts, which are still useful, they should be moved to the Wiki.
I have added a link to the new page "Issue lifecycle".
What is "IssueTracker"? I suggest to drop using this keyword, and use Bugzilla, or plainly write open an issue and link to the issues subdomain. --Talchu (talk) 08:43, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
