Hey, guys!
I suggest you check out all the awesome templates I implemented for the Marketing Project and the OpenOffice.org Art Project Main Pages.
Specifically, there's the template for the navigation boxes, and the Instructions template.
For a navigation box, you would have to copy the code for into a new page (with the name format [[Template:TEMPLATENAME]]).
For the Instructions template, just check out the instructions at Template_talk:WikiInstructions. (I'd like also to see (a) if the template works for your situation, and (b) if my instructions are clear enough)
