They are any wikipage with this procedure for 3.x versions?

This procedure worked for me, but I didn't test the SELECT_WORD, SELECT_EXCEL and SELECT_POWERPOINT properties. Also, I couldn't find the value which can be used to not install the Legacy Filters, which would be excelent to use ADDLOCAL=ALL and remove it instead of adding everything, except it.
