"How This Book is Organized" part is too old and not correspond to current TOC :( : You are right, it does need to be updated. The DevGuide is intended to be a complete guide that can be generated as PDF as well. If we insert inter wiki links to other sections of the wiki this links become impossible to follow in a PDF version. The only links we want use in the guide is to other pages of the guide, links into the IDL reference and of course to the related examples.
