(3:32:56 PM) mode (+o frankl ) by ChanServ
(4:14:27 PM) clemare [n=chatzill@190.196.28.81] entered the room.
(4:24:14 PM) frankl: Hi!
(4:25:27 PM) frankl: Sorry for beeing late. I am the only one from the Renaissance team in this chat today due to summer vacation.
(4:26:17 PM) frankl: I will give a short update on project Renaissance today.
(4:27:54 PM) frankl: We had our monthly status presentation last week. Please find the July status presentation at the OOo Wiki: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/w/images/4/42/Renaissance-status-2009-07-30.odp
(4:30:24 PM) frankl: The java based prototype for the new UI is linked inside the presentation.
(4:33:48 PM) frankl: or just visit the prototype homepage: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Renaissance:Prototyping
(4:34:56 PM) frankl: Please keep in mind that this prototype is a mid-fidelity one and has no polished UI design! Also the content of the toolbar section is not final nor complete. We just want to test the menu and toolbar interaction with normal users. Therefore the prototype provides only limited functionality that allows us to run some tests in real live scenarios like creating a small presentation and doing some formatting.
(4:36:03 PM) frankl: That's it for today. Any questions?
(4:37:44 PM) frankl: O.K. see you next week. Bye!
