The various functional groups of OpenOffice (QA, Development, User Exp., Documentation, Release Engineering, Marketing, Localization, etc.) are represented here. On every Monday 3pm German time (see here to convert to other time zones) this meeting will track the status of the upcoming releases.
The members of this meeting review critical issues and deliverables for the releases and agree on the appropriate handling of those issues. They coordinate the actual release schedule.

- How is familiar with the mechanism of Samba/CIFS?
I found in a first round nearly 30 issues with a problem on Samba share. But I'm nor familiar enough to have a deeper look at it. So I need a bit technical help to uderstand the mechanisms.
- How dos the updatee mechanism work?
We get the question at the German mailinglist that
- the update functions says 3.2.0 is the latest version
- update a 2.4.x only find a 3.1.1

- Build of OOO330m2 is in progress
- 2010-07-29 is the end of l10n TCM testing
- When l10n TCM testing is done and corresponding CWS is ready we can start Beta 1 build (in case no further Beta stopper issues are being raised in the meantime)
- Martin Damboldt expects Beta 1 to be available next week
- Martin Damboldt will update the release schedule for 3.3 in OOo wiki
- Petr Mladek asked about an estimation when RC1 will be expected. René answered he expects rather more than four weeks after Beta 1
- Martin Damboldt mentioned: Currently there are no further items which prevent the Beta as far as I know.
- Mechtilde asked if CWS dba33g made it into OOO330m2. The answer was: yes

- Issue 113084 is currently the only stopper issue for OOo 3.3 Beta
- Mechtilde asked if CWS dba33g will be integrated within the next build. Estimated due date doesn't allow this
- Pavel Janik mentioned readlicense_oo build failures (OOOO330m1) that need to be solved. The m1 requires a DTD to be installed locally otherwise the build fails, he said. Pavel doesn't have more details. He will file an issue as soon as he has his machine ready. Jens-Heiner Rechtien want's to have a look at it. René provided an IRC log about the discussion about this. René mentioned issue 113227

- Product Update Service notifications for OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 have been activated. Joost will have a look at erroneous notifications of 2.4 milestone
- a discussion about the integration of CWS avmedia102 into OOO330 took place. For details please read the log file. Update: Martin decided to back out avmedia102 again because of missed timeline, risk for further schedule would be too high --Mh 10:44, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
