would it be possible to plan the Extensions project meeting on the Tuesday 18th - Projects Day from 15:00 to 17:00 about 10 people (? need to confirm)

Could we book a seminar room for about a dozen people for a MarCon meeting for two hours late afternoon/evening on Tuesday?

Could we book a seminar room for at least twenty people for the NLC-L10N meeting? Same day, right before or after John's session...

Speakers' Requests

This section is for any additional requirements which Conference Speakers have for equipment etc in the rooms.

The room needs to be equipped with computers - or we try to bring in a SunRay environment Please contact Jörg Sievers if there are any problems.
