Project Management Tool (OOPM) is the incubator subproject for developing an OpenOffice.org Project Management application.

The project has just have its five years day and is in the phase where the recuirements for a prototype is being analyzed.

The actual developing is the next phase. Right now we're focusing on how to start the development so the project can have a working prototype in a couple of months.

If you want to participate then please go to the OOPM mailing list page and subscribe to one or more of the lists. Here is a short overview:

  • Announce - Announcements of new releases and other major project events.
  • Issues - automated notifications and discussions of the projects reported issues/artifacts and changes made to issues/artifacts.
  • Cvs - automated notification of file version control changes in the project and discussion of those changes.
  • Dev - main list for developers of the OpenOffice.org Project Management application.
  • Users - general discussion list for the end users of the OpenOffice.org Project Management application.
  • Discuss - discussions about the general nature of project management, project management tools, and the OpenOffice.org Project Management application and project.
  • Newsletter - monthly newsletter for the OpenOffice.org Project Management application project.
