SUBTOTAAL
Geeft SOM, GEMIDDELDE, STDEV, etc. terug, resultaten voor gefilterde gegevens.
Syntaxis:
SUBTOTAAL(functie; bereik)
- bereik is het overkoepelende bereik van waaruit de cellen voor de berekening worden geselecteerd door filtering.
- functie is een getal dat de functie specificeert die moet worden berekend, als volgt:

- Indien bereik andere functies van SUBTOTAAL bevat, dan worden die genegeerd om dubbele tellingen te vermijden.
Voorbeeld:
U heeft een tabel in het celbereik A1:B5 waarin steden in kolom A staan en de daarbij behorende getallen in kolom B. U hebt een AutoFilter gebruikt zodat u alleen drie rijen ziet die de stad Hamburg bevatten. U wilt de som van de weergegeven getallen zien; dat betekent: alleen het subtotaal voor de gefilterde rijen.
SUBTOTAAL(9; B1:B5)
- geeft het gewenste resultaat weer.
