PRODUCTMAT

Geeft het normale product terug van twee matrices.

Syntaxis:

PRODUCTMAT(matrix1; matrix2)

vermenivuldigt matrix1 en matrix2, en geeft het matrix-resultaat terug. matrix1 en matrix2, die beide een matrix als regel of een bereik mogen zijn, bevatten alle getallen.
Het aantal kolommen in matrix1 moet hetzelfde zijn als het aantal rijen in matrix2.
PRODUCTMAT geeft een matrix terug met hetzelfde aantal rijen als matrix1 en hetzelfde aantal kolommen als matrix2. PRODUCTMAT moet worden ingevoerd als een matrixformule (bijvoorbeeld door Ctrl-Shift-Enter te gebruiken in plaats van alleen Enter).

Voorbeeld:

=PRODUCTMAT({1;2;3};{4;5|6;7|8;9})

indien ingevoerd als een matrixformule in cel B3, geeft 40 in cel B3 terug en 46 in cel C3. Een 1 x 3-matrix werd vermenigvuldigd met een 3 x 2-matrix, hetgeen een 1 x 2-matrix als resultaat gaf, berekend als 1*4 + 2*6 + 3*8 = 40 en 1*5 + 2*7 + 3*9 = 46.
