Music Database is a finishing touch for the completing of the OOo QA internship program for Hitek School students. This program included a Basic Course teaching the general techniques and QA knowledge on OOo, with a big practical contingent, and the common for all groups Individual Project 01.
This project was established for giving students the possibility to learn how to develop software going through all stages of Software Development Lifecycle. The assignment was “to create a music database for handling music files, covers, information, etc. with a front end user interface by using the OOo internal HSQL database.” Work began from business analysis and design, and finished with testing foreign database and fixing bugs of the own one. Documentation writing was a part of assignment.
