I temi predefiniti sono bloccati; non è possibile aggiungere né cancellare elementi da questi temi. I temi bloccati si riconoscono facilmente: facendo clic con il tasto destro su di essi, l'unica opzione disponibile nel menu a scomparsa è Proprietà.

In una installazione predefinita, è possibile modificare soltanto il tema I miei temi. Potete comunque aggiungere nuovi temi come spiegato in “Come aggiungere un nuovo tema alla Gallery” a pagina 2.

Come aggiungere oggetti alla Gallery

Può capitare di voler aggiungere alla Gallery immagini di uso frequente, per esempio un logo aziendale. Tali immagini si possono poi inserire nei documenti in modo molto semplice. Potete aggiungere immagini solo a “I miei temi” o a qualsiasi tema da voi creato. I vostri temi sono contrassegnati da un'icona verde nell'elenco dei temi. Non potete invece aggiungere immagini ai temi predefiniti: sono quelli contraddistinti da un'icona di un altro colore.

Metodo 1 (selezionare un file):

  1. Nelle Proprietà del tema, nella scheda File fate clic sul pulsante Cerca file. Si apre la finestra di dialogo Seleziona percorso.
  2. Per trovare il file, potete inserire l'indirizzo della cartella dove si trova il file nella casella di testo Percorso oppure potete cercare da voi la cartella. Usate l'elenco a discesa Tipo di file per limitare la ricerca.
  3. Fate clic sul pulsante Seleziona per iniziare la ricerca.
  4. Nella finestra apparirà un elenco di file di immagini. Potete usare di nuovo il filtro Tipo di file per limitare ulteriormente la ricerca.
  5. Selezionate i file da aggiungere. Per selezionare più di un file, tenete premuto il tasto (Ctrl) mentre fate clic su ogni file.
  6. Per concludere, fate clic su Aggiungi.

Metodo 2 (Drag&Drop):

  1. Aprite il documento contenente l'immagine che volete aggiungere alla Gallery. Visualizzate il tema della Gallery al quale volete aggiungerla.
  2. Posizionate il puntatore del mouse sull'immagine, senza fare clic.
  3. Se il puntatore del mouse assume l'aspetto di una mano, l'immagine si riferisce a un collegamento ipertestuale. In questo caso, premete il tasto (Alt) mentre fate clic sull'immagine per selezionarla senza attivare il collegamento. Se il puntatore del mouse non assume l'aspetto di una mano, basta fare clic sull'immagine per selezionarla.
  4. Quando avete selezionato l'immagine (appariranno delle maniglie di selezione verdi intorno ad essa), rilasciate il tasto del mouse. Fate di nuovo clic sull'immagine, tenendo il tasto del mouse premuto per più di due secondi. Tenendo premuto il tasto del mouse, trascinate l'immagine nel documento.
  5. Rilasciate il tasto del mouse.

Come eliminare immagini dalla Gallery

Per cancellare un'immagine da un tema:

  1. Fate clic con il tasto destro sul nome dell'immagine o sulla sua miniatura nella Gallery.
  2. Fate clic su Elimina nel menu a scomparsa. Apparirà un messaggio con la richiesta di conferma dell'eliminazione dell'oggetto. Fate clic su Sì.


Nota
Quando si elimina il nome di un file dall'elenco nella Gallery, il file corrispondente non viene invece eliminato dal disco rigido o da altre sedi.

Come aggiungere un nuovo tema alla Gallery

Per aggiungere un nuovo tema alla Gallery:

  1. Fate clic sul pulsante Nuovo tema in alto sull'elenco dei temi (Errore: sorgente del riferimento non trovata).
  2. Nella finestra di dialogo Proprietà del nuovo tema, fate clic sulla scheda Generale e digitate il nome del nuovo tema.
  3. Fate clic sulla scheda File e aggiungete immagini al tema, come abbiamo spiegato precedentemente.

Come eliminare un tema dalla Gallery

Potete eliminare solo i temi che avete aggiunto alla Gallery; non è possibile eliminare i temi predefiniti. Per eliminare un tema dalla Gallery:

  1. Selezionate Strumenti > Gallery.
  2. Selezionate il tema che volete eliminare dall'elenco nella parte sinistra della Gallery.
  3. Fate clic con il pulsante destro sul tema, poi fate clic su Elimina nel menu a scomparsa.

Ubicazione della Gallery e degli oggetti che contiene

Le immagini e gli altri oggetti mostrati nella Gallery possono risiedere ovunque, nel disco rigido del computer, su un drive di rete, o su un CD-ROM. Il loro inserimento nella Gallery si riferisce alla posizione di ogni oggetto.
