The Index tab page is the default page for the Help Viewer. The index is a two-level list with index entries, which serve as bookmarks to the Application Help pages.
The Index is maintained by Application Help authors. This has a high priority, and we try to anticipate all words that may be entered by users to get to certain Help guide pages.
We can discuss if it is a good idea to have a collapsable tree view of index entries with [+] and [-] icons. Currently, all entries are visible all the time, so the user can scroll and read the entries without further interaction.
