Templates serve a number of purposes ranging from the saving of repetitive effort to enabling easy standardization. For information on how to create a new template see [1]. To use a pre-existing Template, just insert then template in the desired location in the following fashion:

Delete Occasionally files need to be removed. Since most of us can't do that, just use the Delete template and it will be taken care.
Dummy Used with Marketing Pages. See Template talk:Dummy for more information.
Extensions Used by the Entensions Project.
Français Used by the Francophone Project.
Language Directs a person to a language appropriate Main Page.
