Some actions as page protection (against SPAM), page deletion, user banning and similar only are possible for users with special permissions, the sysops. You can contact them on their Discussion pages.
For information on what Administrators can do, and how to do it, please refer to the MediaWiki Adminstrator's Handbook.
Wiki Admins have the rights to block users on the OpenOffice.org Wiki. Blocking a user who is spamming the Wiki can have some unintended side effects. Administrators should keep the Wikipedia Blocking Policy in mind when they are blocking a spammer.
- IP addresses should not be blocked (except in special circumstances).
