Feature Freeze

At this point all UI changes and all new features needs to be integrated into the code basis. Last translation will handed over to translation teams. All Feature must have been completed so that it is ensured that there is enough time to review the new feature before the next release and incoperate feedback. For OpenOffice.org this is usually 8 weeks before release.
