- 2_2007-8-16: MD has created a diagram which is part of the Wiki pages at: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Extensions/website/submission
- 1_2007-8-23: MD received confirmation the corresponding module is being tested right now. Don't know a date when it will go live. Will investigate further on it.
- 2_2007-8-23: in progress; still working on some IE6 problems;
- 3_2007-8-23: Seems we have to find new volunteers for this.
- 2_2007-8-30: We need to enhance the submit extension website by a field, where the submitter enters a short description explaining the purpose of the extension. That string is needed as input for the tip-help, which is shown above a selected extension in the extension manager. I'll support Bosi with an appropriate string. BH has informed JL about and will add the stuff to the appropriate spec.
- 1_2007-9-06: Found solution that is working; currently implementing; will add the counts to the current download button click counter.
- 2_2007-9-06: MD received some drafts from STS. They can be found at http://ui.openoffice.org/VisualDesign/OOo_ExtensionsSite.html#feedback (Note: The link was not published during or before the meeting, so no further discussion on this has happened today.)

- 1_2007-8-30: Submitted issue. It is still unclear if this can be done for 2.4.
- 3_2007-8-30: JSC is in contact with LG.
Site Design Topics
- The category area is not useful as category, because the different font sizes and the arrangement of the names makes it hard to use it. Therefore it is renamed from Categories to Tags. Also the "By Category" link will be renamed to "By Tags". If may decide later about the introduction of useful categories. One also needs to clarify the process of adding new categories. See action item 4_2007-9-06.
- There are some links at the bottom of the page (Contact us, To-dos, SiteHelp") which point to nowhere. See 3_2007-9-06.
Round Table
- TBO: Currently when uploading an extension with the same file name as another extension, the file name is changed. TBO is working on this.
- Rendering of extension web-site in IE6 still unsatisfactory. TBO is working on this.
- Disclaimer will be removed these days. All obvious test extensions will be disabled.
