On Writer, as on every Apache OpenOffice component, it is possible to work on two ways: direct format or styles.
We will talk about styles on the following section. For the moment we will only say that styles are useful to automate complex tasks and helping to keep consistency.
But of course, before to talk about how to automate tasks we need to talk about which tasks are possible: on this section we will talk about the different option to insert content on a Writer document.
