The default file format for Apache OpenOffice is the Open Document Format (ODF) for office applications. The software can also read and write numerous other formats including Microsoft® Office.
Currently Apache OpenOffice only reads the newer Office Open XML formats (OOXML) such as docx, xlsx, etc. |
