To restructure and publish the Developer's Guide on the OOo wiki to foster collaboration and ease access.

Some of the things being discussed are:
- Navigation through documents
- Possible solutions include using the MenuTabs extension
- Using a Template (containing the chapter titles or possibly heading 1 levels) that floats or is placed on the right hand side of each Wiki page within a document
- Other??
- Efficient and manageable Table of Contents
- Presenting the reader their location within a larger document
Some issues are nice to have features, others may be solved by migrating the documentation from the existing linear flow to a more task based presentation.
